Olson, Inc. played a key role in the development of 901 Vine St. Apartments, a luxurious 70-unit, five-story multi-family community located in the heart of Los Angeles, near Downtown Hollywood and Larchmont Village. Our team was responsible for the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 5" conduit to service the property, ensuring a robust infrastructure for future utilities and service connections.
